• Directions from St. Louis, MO - Take I-64 East / US-40 East entering Illinois, continue on I-55 north, take exit 30 for IL-140 toward Alton/Greenville, turn right at IL-140 E/E State Street (continue to follow IL-140E, turn left at West Street, West Street turns right and becomes West North Street, Church is at 1117 West North Street
• We welcome evereyone to come and explore faith with us.  The purpose of Salem United Church of Christ is to develop spiritual life, knowledge of God and God's word, as this is done in the United Church of Christ, mainly through public worship, song, prayer, preaching of God's word, and also the adminnistration of the Holy Sacraments according to the words of institution of our Lord Jesus Christ.
